SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is ready, the delivery timeline within India is generally 7–14 business working days, and internationally it is 10–15 business working days. However, in some cases — depending on the complexity of the design, level of customization, or order volume — delivery may take a few additional days.

Our dispatch team ensures timely deliveries; however, Sonarshbysona will not be liable for any delays caused by customs, port authorities, or any other unforeseen circumstances in the destination country.

All our garments are made-to-order and specially handcrafted for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Charges:
The shipping charges for all shipping within India are unpaid.

However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

Exchange Policy:
We cannot offer an exchange. Our policy lasts 48 hours from the time you receive the order. Exchanges are only possible for size adjustments.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our high-quality checks and dedicated team, all garments are dispatched in excellent condition. Customized & personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, but we are happy to make any required alterations.
